Mainly composed of Monegasque partners, a guarantee of its local roots, proximity and responsiveness, our firm was born from the complementarity of its founding partners, one in network, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, the other in governance, risk management and compliance.

Our Story
Alexandre Imbert and Roland Mouflard are the founding partners of ATS. Friends since childhood, they obtained their scientific baccalaureate together at the Lycée Albert I of Monaco at the age of 16 before continuing their studies separately.
After several international experiences and consulting jobs in major firms, they had the opportunity to work together for the completion of a security audit where governance and risk expertise had to be combined with security and IT expertise.
This successfully accomplished mission led them to create ATS together and to continue to provide their clients with a truly complementary approach.
Alexandre Imbert
Partner – Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure
A graduate of EPITA, Alexandre began his career as a network and security engineer at Atos Origin Infogérance and then Colt Technology Services.
After 10 years in Paris and then London, he became Manager Network & Security Operations and joined Monaco Telecom as Systems and Infrastructure Manager before joining the Vinci group as a cybersecurity consultant.
In 2020, he became independent and offered his expertise to private and public players with network, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure needs, without necessarily requiring the internalization of the function.
Roland Mouflard
Partner - Governance, Risk and Compliance
A graduate of the EDHEC Business School, Roland began his professional career in the trading room at Société Générale in Paris and then in London, before returning to the Principality to take over the management of the family business in difficulty.
He then worked as a Financial Auditor for 6 years at KPMG and 2 years as a Business Manager at Edmond de Rothschild in Monaco. He had been an independent consultant since 2020 before founding ATS.
Elected National Councillor in February 2023, he has been, since 17 February 2023, Vice-President of the Finance and National Economy Commission.
Guillaume Norindr
Cybersecurity Expert
Guillaume joined ATS Monaco Consulting in 2019, bringing over 10 years of experience in systems administration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure architecture.
He supports our clients in assessing, securing, and optimizing their information systems, leveraging deep expertise in virtualized environments, cloud solutions, and network technologies.
His background with major operators and public organizations enables him to deliver robust, innovative solutions tailored to the security and performance challenges of businesses.
Emma Lacroix
Junior Engineer
A graduate engineer, Emma joined ATS Monaco Consulting in 2024 after an international career in embedded systems and network infrastructures.
She contributes to the management, maintenance, and deployment of network and security infrastructures, while providing expertise in anomaly detection, automation, and the integration of innovative solutions.
Her experience in applied research and embedded systems development enables her to support our clients in solving complex technical challenges and optimizing their IT environments.
